TECHNICAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT

The Technical Services Department manages and develops construction and technical plans for all projects. They also inspect, determine the volume, quality and specification of materials and labour consumption on the basis of approved technical and economical norms, as well as, prepare housing estimates and costing.

This department works closely with the Finance and Accounts Department and the Mortgage Department for the completion and timely delivery of all buildings constructed by NHC. Clients and contractors wishing to obtain purchase orders, construction agreement, and information on delivery of materials should visit the Technical Services Department.
